If the email address you enter matches the address we hold on your records, your activation key will be sent to this email address.
If the email address you enter does not match our records, a member of staff will email your activation key to you within the next 2 working days.

To help you with this, we’ve provided a facility that allows you to get an estimate of your retirement benefits any time you like, as many times as you like, directly from your computer, smart phone or tablet, using your online pension account. No e-mails; no post; just information direct to your screen, providing you with a quick, convenient and secure way to check your retirement benefits. If you haven’t registered for your online pension account yet, why not do so today? You’ll need your National Insurance number handy.

If the retirement date you’d like an estimate for is less than 12 months away, you can ask us for an estimate by filling in the estimate request form from the forms and resources page of our website. Once we’ve worked out your estimate, we’ll post it to your pension account so it’s kept securely.

If you’re unhappy with our service, please get in touch using the details in the Contact us section. We’ll do our best to put things right or clarify any misunderstandings.
If you’re unhappy about a decision that’s been made about your pension, please ask the person that made the decision to explain why they made it. If you think their decision is wrong, explain why, and ask them to change it. If you’re still unhappy, please read the appropriate guides below depending on whether the decision was made by your employer or the administration authority.
